QUICK CRISPY SNACK BARS
You can make these bars when you want a quick treat.

INGREDIENTS:
* 1/2 cup honey
* 1/2 cup reduced-fat chunky peanut butter
* 1/2 cup non- fat dry milk powder
* 4 cups crisps rice cereal
DIRECTIONS:
(1) In a large saucepan, combine the honey,peanut butter and milk powder.
(2) Cook and stir over low heat until blended.
(3) Remove from the heat; stir in cereal.
(4) Press into an 8inches square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
(5) Let stand until set. Cut into bars. Yield: 1dozen
NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS: one bar equals 144 calories,4g fat(1g saturated fat),1 mg cholesterol,144 mg sodium,25g carbohydrate,1g fiber,5g protein.
DIABETIC EXCHANGES: 1-1/2 starch,1/2 fat.
