Fruit Slush
This recipe is so refreshing! You can alter it by using different fruit and cutting the sugar or increasing the sugar.

INGREDIENTS:
* 5 Frozen unsweetened whole strawberies
* 1 Cup frozen blueberries
* 1 Cup(6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
* 1/2 cup reduced- sugar sliced peaches, drained
* 1/2 cup sugar or less
* 3/4 cup water
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
-- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender; serve immediately.
Yield:4 Servings.
NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS: One serving(3/4 cup) equals 206 calories,trace fat( trace saturated fat),0 cholesterol,4 mg sodium,52g carbohydrate,2g fiber,1g protein.
DIABETIC EXCHANGES:2-1/2 fruit,1 starch.
